Avalanche Surgical is an independent surgical sales and consulting company serving Colorado and Wyoming. We represent premium surgical products and bring hands-on clinical expertise directly to OR and SPD teams across the region.
We are not a distributor arm of a large corporation. We are a territory-native business with real relationships at the facilities we serve — from major health systems to critical access hospitals across Colorado and Wyoming.
The Owner
Tyler Guest
Tyler Guest is the owner and primary representative of Avalanche Surgical. He brings years of surgical sales experience in Colorado and Wyoming, with active OR credentialing across multiple health systems including UCHealth and Banner Health.
His background includes direct OR nursing connections, sterile processing relationships, and hands-on familiarity with the clinical workflows that define success in this space — instrument management, tray standardization, SPD compliance, and surgical team dynamics.
Territory
Colorado & Wyoming
Statewide coverage across Colorado and Wyoming — serving major health systems, independent surgery centers, and rural critical access hospitals in every part of both states. We have active relationships and current credentialing across the territory, from high-volume surgical programs to lean CAH teams operating with limited staff and resources.
